Default Wyoming bone saw

I have one of these for a few years now and can't say enough good things about them. The blades are very sharp, very well made and durable. I used the wood saw blade to cut off several of my 4x4 posts for my backyard fence last week - I use it for eveything it seems. The bone blade - cuts through elk leg and pelvic bones super quick. It takes apart ond the one I have straps arouns your waist like a belt.

I can't imagine elk hunting without one - in my opinion, you just gotta have one hunting/camping.

Thanks for the info. I have often wondered about it. I won't forget your tip.

I've been using a T handled Buck saw for a bunch of years now. Wood saw on one side and bone saw on the other. Well constructed and comes with a heavy duty leather sheath.

Got it on my list of things to buy before my next Moose hunt in Sept. So far the best price I found was at Cabelas. I'm going with the 11 inch.

My things to buy list just got smaller. I picked up the 11" for $33. Very well made saw. Feels real sturdy. It breaks down into a nice leather case for strapping to your belt or carrying in your pack.

That'll look great with Moose hair and bone fibres all over it! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
