I broke a pole last turkey season on one of these and just called the company a few days ago to get it replaced.
All it took was a phone call, no reciept bull, questions or any problem at all. They sent me a brand new SET OF POLES, they even paid the shipping and got them to me in only two days!
Can't beat service like that.

I tend to agree. I had something similiar happen last year and they sent me a new set of poles without any questions or a bill. Now that is what I call customer service!
