I noticed there are a couple questions about broadheads, so I figured, why not add another. I went to 5 shot's website an didn't find anything about the Grim Reaper Broadheads. I was in a local archery shop and he showed me them. He said during hunting season, he can't keep them on the shelf. They were 29.99 for three which was the same price as the others. He carries every immaginable head too. He felt they were the best mechanical broadhead out there. Was wondering if anyone has shot them, or tested them. They look nice, but... who knows. Anyone out there have any feedback on these. Here's the website.

Grim Reaper's are a good head for bowhunting ,I haven't personally used them but one of the guy's in my moose hunting party uses them and he took a good bull moose on opening morning 2 season's ago with this head ,so they have to be a pretty decent head to accomplish that. He was shooting them from a crossbow but he liked the way they flew the same as his fieldpoint's .

I took 4 whitetails with grim reapers last season. Used to use muzzy 100 gr 3 blade, but I made the switch to grim reapers for good. Not saying the muzzy is bad, I just think the grim reapers perform great with my setup.

I have shot GrimReaper 1-3/8ths cut 100grn Razor Tip since they have came out. GREAT entrance and exit holes. Have never had one fail. They can not open in flight due to the spring holding them closed till they meet resistance. I have taken hogs, deer, bear, elk and a near world record Catalina ram with them and would never own another breadhead even if they were given to me for free!!!!!!!!! I have a cell phone pics of a deer I shot 2 years ago at 54 yds, heart/lung entrance, hit brisket entering, exited just behind left shoulder, leaving a 5" diagonal exit hole!!!! Could put your hand into!! Never broke a blade. Shot a huge So. Il buck several years ago directly in the spine, drove the head 8" through the vertabrae, and only broke 1 blade!!!! Thats a tough broadhead!!!!!!

Has anyone seen the new hybrids? They look pretty amazing, as in best of both worlds...

I also like the new all-steel expandables. No more aluminum ferrule for those tougher targets.

Stood next to my son when he shot a 130lb Sow yesterday with a grim reaper. Shot when into the rt ribs high came out rear left. When we gutted it the broadhead did a number on everything it touched. Penetrated about 18-24 inches complete pass thru. Im a believer!
