RE: Targets

The block is a great target, I had mine for 3 years, but do not use broad heads, I still have mine but the middle of the block is falling apart because of the broadheads. Only field points.

So, then, since I'm looking for a target as well, a GlenDel buck might be a good choice?

The delta deadstop is the best target I have found. Easy removal, NO shoot-throughs! BUT, you can only use field tips.:D

RE: Targets

I bought one of those cheap 3-D type deer targets from Wally World. I have totally shot the vitals out of it for three years. I keep a backstop of hay bales for when it starts to passthrough. When I decide to fix it I go buy a can of that spray in foam you use on your house to fill in cracks or holes. I use it and fill in all of the craters that I have put in my backyard buck. The spray foam is tougher than the original target. The foam swells and hardens :D, then I trim off the excess with a hacksaw blade even with the rest of the target, then I have some spraypaint that is almost the color of the rest of the deer I use to touch it up. Arrow removal is a little tough but it bothers me none the least
