Default Scott Archery

Has anyone had to deal with Scott Archery. I have a lil goose release that broke at the plastic that hold the lanyard to the wrist strap. I e-mailed them yesterday and haven't gotten anything back yet. Anyone have any background in dealing with them? I love that release and hope they will stand behind their product.

Yes I have had to deal w/ them in the past. about 2 years ago my strap broke. and it was only a year old. I also, sent them an email. And waited for a response. about a week or so I got one. They apologized for the waite. they said they deal w/ thousands of customers a day. Which is understandable. they saked me what I wanted done with my release. I said I wanted the strapped fixed if possible. He told me to send it in. I did with out the receipt. Cause I lost it. About 2 weeks later I got a brand new one plus a $30.00 coupon to use on my next Scott product. You might waite awhile for action to take place. But they'll make things right for ya. I was pleased to say the least.

I didn't even take into consideration the numbers of people they might be dealing with. I guess I'll give it a few days and see what happens.

They'll take a while to get back to ya via email. The fastest approach would be to call them 606 663-2734, Clay City KY.
Best of luck!!
