Default Reflex?

Can anyone tell me about the Relex bows? Especially draw smoothness and draw adjustment. Is there a reason they're half the price of a Matthews, Bowtec, or Hoyt?

Thanks!

Reflex is cheaper because the other ones are over priced. Also, they don't spend as much on marketing and will sell via mail order. The other brands you mentioned don't do that. Reflex makes good durable bows. I have a 2002 (I believe) denali single cam. Draw length adjustments can be made in 1/2" increments very easily. I looked at the other brands and for my money, Reflex was the best buy.

Spike, Reflex are very goods bows. They are manufactured by hoyt and are made using the same quality. If you liked the way the reflex shot and the way it feels then I would get it.

Both my friend and I have reflex bows and pretty much love them. I have the regular cam set up and he has the cam and 1/2 model. The draw is smooth and it has pretty good let off. They're quiet by my standards and are very forgiving to shoot, not to mention accurate. For $200 bucks you can't go wrong with one.

I have a Buckskin and my son has an Excursion. We really like them and they are very smooth. I would say they are a very good buy.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Reflex line of bows. Reflex is somewhat of a subdivision of Hoyt though they are their own company. Think of them somewhat as Hoyt's mail order company if you like. One reason they are less expensive is because they use Hoyt's less expensive limbs on their bows.

Reflex very good for the money I have hunted with mine for 3 years, love it, like the feel of it and smoothness of it.

pretty much the same bow as a Hoyt, just with the reflex name. Same limbs, tec riser, cams, everything. The grip is a little fatter though.

I just got a reflex excursion, well I didnt really get it yet, its on its way to my house though. I had the Reflex Xpress before this one I am getting now, and I loved that bow. In my opinion they are a very good bow.

You are going to get more bang for your buck with reflex but they are built a little cheaper then hoyts. I set up my buddies excursion last week. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend one, however they have cheaper limbs, heavier risers, and a fatter grip. However these are little things that add up to just a little of performance. They are a good value
