Reflex is cheaper because the other ones are over priced. Also, they don't spend as much on marketing and will sell via mail order. The other brands you mentioned don't do that. Reflex makes good durable bows. I have a 2002 (I believe) denali single cam. Draw length adjustments can be made in 1/2" increments very easily. I looked at the other brands and for my money, Reflex was the best buy.

Both my friend and I have reflex bows and pretty much love them. I have the regular cam set up and he has the cam and 1/2 model. The draw is smooth and it has pretty good let off. They're quiet by my standards and are very forgiving to shoot, not to mention accurate. For $200 bucks you can't go wrong with one.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Reflex line of bows. Reflex is somewhat of a subdivision of Hoyt though they are their own company. Think of them somewhat as Hoyt's mail order company if you like. One reason they are less expensive is because they use Hoyt's less expensive limbs on their bows.

I just got a reflex excursion, well I didnt really get it yet, its on its way to my house though. I had the Reflex Xpress before this one I am getting now, and I loved that bow. In my opinion they are a very good bow.

You are going to get more bang for your buck with reflex but they are built a little cheaper then hoyts. I set up my buddies excursion last week. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend one, however they have cheaper limbs, heavier risers, and a fatter grip. However these are little things that add up to just a little of performance. They are a good value
