I was wondering how much your groups improved (field points and broadheads) when you changed to fallaways. Are they worth it to switch over?

A top quality fallaway will indeed improve your b-head groups. By eliminating any and ALL fletching clearence issues you will shoot any b-heads better then you thought possible. Of course, while you're totally eliminating all fletch contact you can also go with a very aggressive helical for maximum spin and stability. A drop away rest like the awesome Trophy Ridge Drop Zone is an excellent investment in higher scores and cleaner kills. Check one out.
