was reading bernies book and was wondering if anyone has used his release or has one and uses it periodically when they fight target panic.im in the process of using stanlowskis back tension release but notice at times my release arm still does not have a complete follow through.like im squezzing my hand but when it releases my bow arm still remains about were i anchored at.

I just got back from bernies training school and i would highly recomend any of his products. I have tried alot of back tension releases and i ended up bying his nuckle under but they are all good alot of people in the class ened up getting the cant punch.
