Summit makes high quality stands with great hunter freindly features. A bushmaster will cost you something like 180 bucks, and is worth every single penny! Don' t skimp on a tree stand, I mean think about it, your life depends on how well the stand is constructed? I am personaly a big Summit fan and think you will love just about any of their models.

5 shot is right the Summit Bushmaster is under $200 with the next in line the Cobra XLS which I own is about $215. All Summits are great stands, they are all very easy to setup, quiet, and comfortable. On top of that they really seem to grab ahold of a tree, you feel very secure in one of these. Go with a Summit you won' t be dissapointed. I know it was the best money I ever spent.

I purchase an API tree stand that I love. It' s inline with Summit as far as quality and prices in my opinion. I noticed the Hunter' s View brand of tree stands are pretty inexpensive. Dick' s sporting goods has them on sale this week for $89.99 and Walmart regularly sells them for $97.99. I have never used one nor do I know of anyone who has. However for the price it is appealing. Rated at 300lb with a free safety harness. Might be worth checking out. Though I think you' ll find the Summing and API stands to be of better quality.
