Bowtech Assasin
Looking at upgrading my 14 year old PSE.
The Assasian at $599 equipped certainly looks attractive and the reviews look good. It sure seems like it will do just about anything I want to do and more In a bow.http://www.huntersfriend.com/2013_Bo...mpound_bow.htm
also was comparing it to the Cabelas Regulator which I understand is Made by Bowtech.

Any thoughts?

i bought an assassin a couple of years ago, thought it was a good deal as far as new bows go. I was coming from a 1999 parker, so its like a night and day comparison. If you want fast/small/reasonably priced (in todays new bow market) i dont see how youre going wrong. If i had it to do over again, id probably have shopped the used bow market a little harder for a deal, something maybe a tad longer axle to axle. Its easy to move around inside a blind, but im not as accurate as i was with the old parker.
