HS (hunter specialties) scent wafers.
Has anyone used these besides the pine scent. I have used the pine scent with pretty good success but I havent tried the others such as the white oak acorn scent or the rut scent wafers. Some of these smell like the air fresheners i use in my truck.

I have used Buc-rut and the Earth scent wafers for many seasons now.
I have always used then in conjunction with a good scent control practices and other scent dispersion systems, homemade scent bombs, etc.
I think they work OK.
IMO, I think it is a good idea to use them in my truck to kill the human scent.

I' ve used the Earth Scent Wafers for several seasons
now. I always throw one in my HS Scent Bags, along
with my clothes. I usually pin 1 or 2 of the Earth or
White Oak Acorn on my backpack. These two are
definitely my favorite for the area I hunt. I' m
not a real big fan of using " extra scents" , but
these two seem to be a nice " soft" cover scent.
I bought a package of the " Buck Rut" Wafers during
a weak moment. My advice...save your $10.

I' ve used them for 3 years now. Seem to work pretty well. Smells like dirt to me. And I guess the deer think so too. I like to pin them to the sides of my pants to help with scent dispersing on shrubs rubbing on me

I have used the cow Elk scent. They are VERY strong. I clip it to my hat and hunt for several days. My hunting buddies made fun and had me put my hat in the bed of the truck rather than have it inside with them. After I saw elk and they did not, then they were asking if I had extras! I have not tried any others yet.

Benhuntin ,
I' ve used the Fresh Earth , Acorn , Buc Rut , and cedar discs . Don' t waste your bucks on the Buc Rut discs . The rest seemed to work well , especially the Fresh Earth . [8D]
