Was looking into the QAD rest, seems like a good rest there were a few complaints in the reviews at cabalas about not working well in the cold, anyone have any trouble using the QAD in the cold?

I have a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone, it works great.

I use my QAD in PA. Last time I shot was Sunday morning, about 9 degrees Fahrenheit, no problem with the rest, biggest worry in cold like that is shivering and screwing up your shot.

I shot a WB for years... switched to the NAP Apache drop away this past year... Love it. No problems yet... have never shot better

I have never had a problem with my QAD HD. Easy to set up, easy to tune, functions correctly all the time no matter the weather.

i have a montana black gold trap door. stays up until the shot. works on inertia of the bow has always been 100%. if i would get a new bow i would use the same rest again, love it.

I love drop aways. I have a QAD LD on my Iceman and a NAP Quiktune on my backup bow. Once you get the timing right on them they work fine.

I dont like them, used the Ripcord and went back to a Hostage. I like simple and reliable. last thing I need in the woods is a rest acting up on me.
