Default PSE Firestorm Lite. OLD BOW.....NEW TO ME

I have been bitten by the Deer hunting bug I believe. Going to pick up a climber stand this week used. Traded for 1 bow yesterday and going to trade a knife customer of mine for another one Sat.

Here is what I picked up yesterday. A PSE Firestorm Lite.

Not too bad as I basically have all I'll need to get the job done if a deer walk within range. This bow is basically brand new. Its not a super new one but by far the nicest Bow I have shot. Has 3 pins and the top green one is set to 20 yards.

Got her fitted to my short 27" draw and was doing this each set of 4 I was sending down range. These are 2 groups at 20 yards.

Looking forward to the Diamond Rock bow my knife customer is bringing this weekend. From what I can find out it is a better bow than the PSE because the Cams are newer and may be a little faster.

Both of the bows are super woods size and I can not wait to get them out in the woods!!!

Well it looks like you are on your way to becoming addicted. That looks like a nice bow and looks plenty accurate enough. Just keep practicing. Little tip, once you get comfortable shooting the bow - move out to 40 or 50 yds and practice. This will make you focus more on your aiming and release. Once you become proficient at these ranges, an unalarmed deer at 20 yds won't stand a chance unless you come down with buck fever. Also, Youtube has a few good videos on improving accuracy and tuning your bow. Good luck.
