Tell me what you know about this bow. A buddy picked one up for a song and to me it looks like a pretty nice bow.

I had never heard of Darton before he showed it to me.

Darton was my main brand for many years. They were an excellent bow for the buck. If it has not been abused the Apache was a very good bow. They had an excelent design on their cams. However, it might be wise to get the tension off the cams and make sure that the wheels aren't worn on the axles. At the last I knew Darton would replace these quite reasonably. (They were super on taking care of problems - whick didn't show up too often).
