Default Release for a string loop

In preference who and what model do you think makes the best release for a string loop. This release will be primary used for hunting. Thanks!

The Quickie Release from Carter is a great choice and also take a look at the Scott Silverhorn.

i prefer a single jaw release like the Scotts...i have been using Scotts Little Bitty Goose for about 10 years and i love them...the single jaw releases are a little more accurate since they only have one jaw that moves and not two trying to work the same at the same time with the single jaw you get the same release every time

and with the NCS system on the Little Bitty Goose you dont have a release that is attached to a metal rod or anything like that in your way when your wearing it so your hands are more free and its not in the way

any scott release is great I switched from the mongoose to the silverhorn that is great release the thing i like most about it is you can hook the release to you loop without even looking at your string loop so you can stay focused on your target the scott sliverhorn is about 75.00 bucks but worth every penny JMO.

I am a fan of double caliper releases, I dont truly think that there is much difference between single and double. I have the sabertooth and really do like it alot. I have never heard much bad about any of the scotts though.
