I've read that Bass Pro, Cabelas, and Gander Mt. sell bows made by the major manufacturers, ie: Bow Tech, Hoyt, etc. Could somebody list the brand name bows for me, and their BPS/Cabelas/GM equivolent? Also, are these "Generic" bows exactly the same as the originals, save for the name?

Cabelas has the Redhead bows. GM has Diamond bows and their own line that is made by diamond. BP has Reflex bows.
Diamond=Bowtech
Reflex=Hoyt
parker=Mathews (kind of)
Dont remember about the redhead.
Diamond actually has a really good line up. Their bows IMO are just as good as any. They just dont come out with all the fancy bells and whistles first like the big4 do(i.e. mathews,hoyt,pse,bowtech, in no certain order) You wont go wrong in buying one of thesebows mentioned though.

Also, Dick's carries a line made by Martin, but I can't remember the models. They are basically the same as the Bengal and Cheetah in Martin's lineup. Just a different logo on the limbs and a different price tag.

I'm not sure about Cabelas but I do know that Bass Pro sells the Redhead brand made by Diamond/Bowtech and the Reflex made by HOYT USA. Gander Mountain sells the Tech Elite made by once again, Diamond/Bowtech.
Both Diamond/Bowtech and HOYT USA are great brands, it just comes down to individual preference.
