I f you get a quality string, it can be a huge advantage. Not only do custom strings look cool, but they are a lot easier to get your peep to come back straight with out rubber tubing than the stock string. Bow companies make bows, not stings and cables.

Another vote for Gibblet (aka- Bucknasty)strings.
I have hadtechs from 2different pro shops compliment me on the quality ofhis strings.

There are a ton of companies that make really good strings. I would recommend doing some searches on archery forums and pick a reputable brand that has been around awhile. I don't think you'll find one that is the best bowstring Each has their followers and as long as the string doesn't stretch, twist or separate you can't ask for much more.
