LOL.......... no conspiracy, just a bunch of drunk shop owners that forgot how to press a bow all of the sudden

The general is special and needs a special bow press. It is a conspiracy by all other bow companies to tarnish the numbers. The truth is out there.

You are 17 and been shooting a bowtech since you were 7???? Or even 8? I don't think bowtech was in business in 1997. Maybe the mightymite. Can't remember.

Pointless huh? It only makes the bows quieter than any other bows on the market, utilizes the enitre length of the limb making them more efficient than a standard limb. Greatly reduces vibration, and makes the bow more stable. If all of that is pointless I guess you're right.

The small number of limb failures that the general is having has nothing to do with the riser design. Thanks for the input though. [&:]

They weren't. Bowtech was founded in 1999. Good catch, I read right over that. Gotta love the BS in threads like this. They take a life of their own.

o yeah bigbulls you are right it is better to have a vibration free shot that shouldbe good when imhome opening day with a broken wrist or a missing eye

and for that 10 years thing i was in a rush and i just rounded to the highest number i dident realize how much that was a factor in this fourm about the general

Like I said, the limb "issue" has nothing do with the riser design. There are three bows that have this same riser design andI don't know how you make the connection between the riser design and the limbs. The risers aren't breaking in half are they?Aparantly this is a very small problem with a single batch of limbs manufactured for the generals.

All of this crap gets really old.
