Default HOYT DYNATEC ???

Has anyone shot a Dynatec? I just ordered one I liked the grip a little better than the Razortec even though the Razortec is a little faster. I prefered the grip and saved $150 because it doesnt have the XT2000 limbs I figure at 27" i' ll only loose about 9 fps which is not bad. The bow shop said they can' t keep either bow on the shelf they go as fast as they come in.

They are the two bows in Hoyt' s current lineup that I find the most appealing for hunting specs. I have owned both and must agree that you cannot really go wrong with either.

About the only draw back for the Dynatec from a practical perspective is the stabilizer mounting hole. I found it to be a little too close to the bottom limb pocket for use with some of the stabilizers on the market.

Balance, speed, etc... are all similar to the Razortec though because of the different limb style and angle there is slightly more recoil.

Good choice though.

It just came in and it shoots awesome I have never shot a bow that had almost no recoil " INCREDIBLE" I put the Hoyt Quick tune 3000 micro adjust rest with a hoyt Doinker Stabalizer. I shoot Beman Carbon Hunter 400 arrows with a 100 gr tip and I shoot 70 lbs with 75% let off (will probably back off to around 60 to 65 no need for 70). I am not sure what sight I am going to use I have a brand new TRU GLO 3 pin, Will try that for a while. I cant wait for the weather to break for some real shooting.
