Default Bear Bows

Have been shooting Mathews for the past 9 years but in the market for a new one and thinking about a Bear. Any info. which model? I will be shooting it anyway before I buy but would like some feedback first. Thanks!

I have a Truth 1. It is great except that it chews through servings where the cam breaks over. I have had to replace my string about every five hundred shots, which is ridiculous. A string should last five thousand or more shots. It's only the one spot where the problem is. The rest of the string stays prisitine, so I know its not me causing the problem.

I have also shot the Truth 2 at Gander Mountain. It is noticably smother and quieter. It had no hand shock even without a stabilizer. The sound it makes is like a squish. But after just a couple dozen shots the serving started to separate at the same place. This surprised me since T2 has a winners choice string.

I am shopping for a new bow and will probably buya Red Head Kryptik from Bass Pro Shops. I want to go and try it out one of these weekends.

I shot the Truth 2 when I bought my DXT and I thought the DXT was a better shooting bow. The Truth 2 was ok, but it didn't feel as refined as the DXT.
