Default Alpine Archery Six Shooter

Ive been contiplating on getting the Alpine Archey Six Shooter stabilizer for my PSE and was wondering if anyone has this stabilizer and what your thoughts are on it. I like the fact that it uses the .357 slugs that you can remove or add up to six for your desired weight.

I've never tried it but the limbsaver 9.5" elite is extremely versitile. You can move the weight around and you can buy additional stems and weight make it longer or shorter... I picked one up at eders.com for 62.00 but now are up to 79 and I also added the 7" for 36.00 and split up the parts with my son. I thought that alpine stabilizer looked good too but thought about loosing the weights and if they rattle inside?

I thought the same thing till I picked one up, the slugs hold snug inside the rubber casing and then the cover goes over the top. Pretyt neat Idea. Gave me an idea to make one of my own but instead of using 6 357 sluges, using 4 .44 mag slugs.

I have the six shooter and after testing balance I ended up not using the slugs nor the holder for it. I needed 3" to balance my bow so. That's what makes this so versitile. Based on your bow weight, accessories etc.. you can us the shooter at full length or even shorten it to a stubby.I will say the shooter is 99.9" rubber and that is a huge silencer for me. Overall I like it.
