I thought the 82 and the 101 shot the same. I thought the 101 had a smother draw and thats why i got the 101

I think the 101 is more forgiving, and it is a very stable bow. The 82 won't be for everyone, and I think a lot of guys will overlook a great bow in the 101. Once Turkey season is over I will be putting both the 82 and the 101 through the works to find which one is best for me.

You will have enough speed with the 101. Over the weekend, I was shooting at 87 yards and keeping a pattern the size of a 5 gallon bucket bottom. These bows are absolutely amazing. One question to ask though, the literature says that you can purchase the smooth mod. Well, I came to find out that you cannot according to 2 dealers. This means that for now, you will have to like the speed. It took me 2-3 months to get use to this draw but now I love it.

I've always found that to be True, draws are subjective to what you are used to onceI shoot something different a while I have always become used to it very quick. It's really the last thing I consider when choosing a bow.

If you choose the 101 then you have hands down made the right choice,Ha, simply because you will have made the same choice as i did , then you will have a great time with a great bow plenty of shock free speed and pin point accuracy have fun
