Yes id like to change over to a wider cut broadhead (fixed preferably) for better bloodtrails. And one that has good grouping & accuracy out to 50 yrds. Any suggestions would be helpful and thanx

I think you would be impressed with the wide cut and good accuracyof the Rage two blade. Yes, it's an expandable. But a different kind of mechanical broadhead; and a pretty good one - at least based on my personal experience. My experience with fixed blade heads(at least so far)is that the smaller ones are more accurate at distance, and the bigger ones aren't.

I shoot the G5 striker which has a 1 1/8"cut and have excellent flight out to 70yards, they also came out with the striker magnum which has a 1.5" cutting diameter which I will take a look at soon.

Looks interesting. I didn't see exactly how wide of a cut they were in the ad. And the design where the blades extend back over the shaft is kind of unique. But generally, the wider the swath on a fixed head, the worse they shoot at distance.

Slick Trick introduced their new Grizztrick at the ATA show. 1 1/4" 4 blade, and if they fly anything like the "original" slicks, they'll be spot on.

Click on the tech specs page for all the specs on his heads.
They run $3.50 AUS per head the only draw back is when you get the heads you will have to sharpen them which is no big problem.
