Default QAD Rest Questions

Will the QAD fallaways work with Blazer vanes? I've never looked at one myself, only pics, and I was just curious if that top bar will clear a Blazer vane.

The qad rest is what I use and will work with anything since it drops away enough to leave 0 contact with fletching.

Actualy QAD recomends to only shoot cock vane up, specialy with higher profile vanes like the blazer. The ultra rest is slightly different compared to other drop aways. You dont want it to hit the full upright position much before full draw, maybe and inch at most. In a perfect setup it will hit full upright just a hair before you come to complete full draw. If it comes up too soon it will cause clearance issues.

if you are having a problem with contact qad sells a t1 and t2 rest to be interchanged for more clearance. you might check out there website for troubleshooting.

I am using blazersas well but have toshoot with the cock vane out due to the fletchings hitting my bus cables otherwise...the bow is a pse x-force. Either way, zero clearance problems after moving nocking point up 1/8".

Rice, if you wanted to shoot cock vane up you can always get a new cable slide. I had to with my old bowtech. Sims and alpine tephlon slides tuck the cables in just enough to clear blazers. I to cleared by turning my nock, but Im weird always like my cock vane straight up.
