Browning Rage 1 Bow?
i just ordered one of these from Cabelas for my buddy who has been helping me clean out some flood damage at my house.
he doesnt know it yet, but im sure that it has to be an improvement over his 1980's vintage compound that he is shooting now.
anyone have one or shoot one? how do you like it?

My friend shoots one and IMO for the money, its a pretty decent bow. From what I've shot it, I noticed OK speeds and suprisingly good accuracy. The grip is kind of a let down but I havent liked the grip on any Browning bow. Overall, it's a pretty good bow to take into the woods.

I found one in a garbage can once, all it ended up needing was an idler wheel,axle pin and bushings, cable guard and slide and cable/string set. I got it all together fairly cheap and used it to kill a few deer. It's my backup bow right now. Like mentioned it's plenty fast enough and surprisingly accurate, I like it.

Thats a very nice gesture showing people they are appreciated goes a long way. Its a pretty good bow for the price as well
he's a good guy. i didnt ask him for the help, but he has spent a sunday and several late evenings after work, helping me out
