You can make your own. Go to youtube.com and search for homemade lighted nock and it will show you how to make them. Good luck.

My brother tried to make them and til you buy all the stuff and try to make them screw some of them up buy again and again you could have already bought them so if you want to use them my advise is just buy them and be done with it.

I have them and they are great...They really help when you are filming a hunt.....you can see the arrow much better

They don't work well with small diameter carbons(HIT system).

Yes and yes. One importtant thing to do and they should work every time. Make sure the end of your arrow is square. I'd venture to say that 99% of the guys whining about them not working is because the end of their arrow is not cut square.

i use them on my long arrows and my crossbow bolts. i love them. yes they are a little expensive but so is the arrow and i will always be able to find my arrow in low light or if its in brush, grass,etc.

i have axis st(small diameter)they work fine. you just have to buy the rightsize for your arrow. ebay seemed to be the cheapest when ibought them last year.
