So far I fletched 3 arrows straight and 3 offset to the fullest but the vanes don't have full contact, I had to push them on with a toothpick.
I'm going to make a smaller plastic clam, slightly curved, so it pushes the vanes better onto the shaft.

I have a buddy of mine who'll airbrush the arrows with a custom finish, I'll post pics when they're finished
