I started using the 100gr g5 Montec. Gave me a nice clean through shot on a buck this year.

I just started shooting the Crimson Talons this past deer season... They are devastating... They fly great... but you usually only get one kill per broadhead...

I second the wac'ems! I shot three deer with the 100gr'sthis year, three pass throughs, and 3 deer down before running 25 yards. They fly exactly like my field points out to 50 yards (haven't shot past that) and after you shoot a deer, all you have to do is rinse it off, change the blades, and you're ready to go. Very sharp blades also! The strikers are an almost cookie cutter copy of the Wac 'ems but wac'em is a smaller company so they didn't do anything about it. Both great broadheads!

I used the Slick Trick's for '04 & '05 season. They fly great and take down deer quick. I am more impressed w/ the hemorhage from the Crimson Talon's. If you make a marginal shot, you have a very good chance of recovery.
I have not had that happen w/ them yet, but a couple friends made poor hits and the animals did not go very far.

The new Muzzy MX-3 has caught my eye; I really like the 1 1/4" cutting diameter coupled with the thicker .025" blades. This is the head that'll be in my quiver this year!
