Default Treestand padding?

I was curious as to what some of you folks use to keep your climbingstands quiet? I know some use hockey tape. I was wondering if there is any kind of a padded tape available to wrap around the contact areas (metal frame) of a stand? Any other ideas are appreciated.
Oh yea, I tried pipe insulation but thought it was noisy.

I strip it down to what I need. Eliminates some buckles. Duct tape up what I can and I put a rubber ergo mat onmy base floor. Keeps my feet warm and seperates the 2 when packed. I also cut 2/3's of the seat off.
