switchback xt trade up to drenalin
#11
IMHO I would say stick with your Switchback XT. I have shot both and believe you gain little if anything with the Drenalin except a lighter bow. But I still suggest you shoot the Drenalin and decide for yourself.

I bought the Switchback back in sept of 2005, and I love this bow.
I'llkeep this one several more years before getting into the "upgrade" mode. Mathew's by then will have a new design out altogether.

well I have an xt and held it in one hand and the drenalin in the other. the drenalin is not technically a whole lot lighter but it really felt a lot lighter in my hands. after checking there web site I found out it weaghs 3.85 lbs and the xt 4.15 lbs. my bow had a wisker buscit a tr sight and a stabilizer the drenalin had just the buskit on it. in the trade I think you are getting a longer ATA bow (drenalin is 33 ATA), lighter bow, and about 5 fps more speed.
If I did not have a xt or good modern bow I would be hard pressed to find a good reason to pick one over the other so I would probably end up with which ever i could get a better deal on. thast my 2 cents
