The nice thing about having a 32" draw is he really doesn't have to get hung up on which is the fastest bow. At that draw length he will have all the power he needs so the slower Switchback and Ross would definitely be on the short list if Idrew that much length.
Except that the switchback only goes to a 30" draw length. The switchback LD extends out to 32 because they put a straight riser on the bow which gives it a 9" brace height, instead of the standard 7",but it also looses 20fps at the same draw length as the standard switchback. In other words at 32" draw length on the LD it gets the same speed as the switchback at 30" draw length, given the same weight arrow.

My money would go to eiher the APA or the Bowtech. I haven't shot the Ross so I can't copmment on that one. The venom cams on the anaconda are surprising easy to draw and shoot for a cam system designed for speed. At 32" and 5 grains per pound it should be real close to 350fps or better.
