Default block 4x4 and broadheads

Does the block tear up easily with broadheads like every other target. Didn't want to spend $100 dollars for one season of shooting.

I've heard the new block with the outer layer on it with the layers inside works good.

Works great with the new outer layer with BH. You'll be happywith it.

Ive shot over 30 times w/ bhs into the block and it really holds up well... better than the original.

I agree... I have the Block 4X4 and it is incredible with broadheads. It holds up better than anything else I've used!

Now if you use Slick Tricks, they will be a little tough to get out without tearing the insides {Slick Tricks blades (the back section of the blades) are not sharp in the back and are 90* square to the arrow shaft}.

I purchased the Block 4x4 last week at Cabelas for 99.99. The next day I shot 30 broadheads into it and already had arrows sticking through the other side of the target and I was pulling chunks of material out with every shot. It performs well with field points but I think I'm taking it back to Cabelas. A $100 target should perform better than that especially if they say you can shoot broadheads through it.

same thing happened to me with the Glendale Buck w/vitals. I swithed to the Morels BH Target and went to layers for the Glendale Buck.

Morrel is alot cheaper and just as good IMO. I've never attended the block party. But a few of my friends have tried them and went back to morrels.
