They got swamped by the holiday weekend and spent last week getting caught up and resolving shipping issues. I find getting ahold of them is hit and miss depending on how backed up they are. Post your issues and maybe someone here can help.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with them. I have a patriot and have never needed to contact them but I love the bow.

Whoa down now ,just try and get any of the bow manufacturer's to call you back ,because not to many of them will .But I will garauntee if you e-mail Pat Dinnan at BT he'll respond quickly .I've had to contact them a couplke time's and they've responded right of way ,i also have friend's who have tried calling and got the very same response as you did ,but just as soon as they e-mailed them they responded quickly . Ask TerryM he called and got no response ,but then e-mailed and they responded the very same evening .If you go to the bowTech web site you'll find Pat's and Jared's e-mail addy's there .Just try e-mailing them first before you lose your faith.

exactly, these guy aren't going to call you back... they are in the business of building bows, not tuning them. find yourself an expert bow shop guy that you can trust and make him your best friend for a few months of the year... or figure it out on your own... easton has a down-loadable adobe document that should get you started!! good luck

Guys, I use the Bowtech Tribute also. I have had no problems with mine. However, I work on my own equipment. I agree that you need to become familiar with a bow shop owner if you want real good results. The problems you usually have with contacting dealers or manufactuers is simply because usually too many people wait until right before hunting season comes in to get their equipment repaired. The best advice I can give any one that cannot repair their own equipment is simple.....havea decent bow as a back up( i have a matthews Switch Back and a Browning Illusion) and if you can, send the bow in after hunting season goes out. I am a avid bow hunter. I travel all over the US hunting big and small game, using my bow 80% of the time. There is nothing like it, that is, taking a good animal with a bow. But I do agree that it would get frustrating not having a company call you back. However, these days, (just like if your are trying to get in touch with me) if you can email them, email them because most people will check that before the answer the phone.

Good Luck to all of You this Hunting Season

last time i called - about 1.5 months ago - it took 3 weeks for the tech to call me back. my email to pat was returned w/in 24 hours though - i think that's the way to go. i call companies quite a bit and the only other company that hasn't returned my call the same day is martin - who never returned it.

As far as I see it, all the manufactures who charge what bowtec does for a bow can afford some excelent customer service and that includes answering calls at a rapid rate. That excuse of their to busy making bows doesn't fly with me. If they can email they can answer the phone. Even people have unlimited minutes phone service. Good tip about the email though.
