E-mail is answered promptly by a dedicated person... that would be the way to go if you really had a question needing answering. Either that, or post your question here. I'd be willing to bet that if it was a legitimate question, there'd be people here who could answer it... ;)

I called and e-mailed Bowtechfor a warranty question, they called back within 24 hour.
