Default Switchback XT

I am really interested in the Mathews Switchback XT. I am looking for some info about it...is it really worth the 800 bucks,...how nice is it really...and does it beat the Trykon. Thanks a lot!

I tried a demo XT, very dead in the hand after the shot, smooth
draw, very quiet and very nice. I ended up buying a regular
Switchback, I didn't think there was alot of difference between
the 2 bows and the regular Switchback had a little longer axle to
axle length, just my perference.

I shot it side by side with the Trykon. Both are great bows but I went with the Trykon. They both can shoot much better then me but I just liked the feel of the Trykon. If possible shoot both and then decide for yourself.

I'll let you know after tonight...I'm testing them all heads up....

For the record, yes and no...it's in the mind of the beholder....I do know my friend who shoots through the shop I'm heading to picked the Trykon because it was faster than the Switchback although the Switchback was a little quieter and smoother...all in all, it's minimal....both fantastic bows and stack up tight to one another.

$800 for a Switchback XT? It must be coming with some accessories correct, otherwise the bare bow is selling for $625 to $689 around here.

From everything I've seen and shot myself, everyone prefers the Switchback over the Switchback XT...does it beat the Trykon...depends in what, speed no, it doesn't...other factors perhaps see review thread pointing to Post in Bowhunting for more information. And like CM said, $699 here.
