NAP quickspin
Anyone using the NAP quick spins? After much thought I am going to get some new arrows fletched with helical vanes (4") and was wondering if I should consider them on top of the helicals?

i just posted a similar post..Lol, thats weird. Anyway, i am pleased with the Nap vanes. The bright green is my fav, especially in lowlight conditions. Now to your question. I have made three different arrows with the naps, all using carbon arrows. I did one straight, one offset, and one right helical. I have to say, the offset and right helical work the best. But unsure on the whole question though. Are you putting them on right helical on the arrows, or what? Hope I can help, cause these vanes are great.

I am going to get right helical vanes installed... I was just wondering if the quickspin would be necessary with the helical vanes... Do you see much improvement?

RE: NAP quickspin
thanks... I will not be shooting over 35 yards, so I might just save the money and not put them on... They sound great though if I ever decide I want to try to 3D shoot or just mess around and see if I can hit the target at 60 yards.

No prob. I am not trying to shy you away from the product, since the product does work and I am happy with it. For me though, I did not see huge amounts of improvement in my shot patterns. It may prove useful for others.I give the product a 4 out of 5.

Nope. I wish I had one, but I always find more things to buy for hunting. I would guess since the wobbling of the arrows stabilizes to center the arrow more, thus helping with speed and knockdown. I would have to put a wild guess but I could see the arrows gaining anywhere from 7 to 9 fps, maybe even more.
