I have the block 4x4. It is a good target, but not for broadheads. But, I don't think any target will hold up long to broadheads.... I'm just going to buy the cheapest next time since I shoot so much

I wouldn't waste your money on the block. What a piece of junk... I would go with the Morrell Yellow Jacket... I've had way to many pass throughs with my block, now I use it as an end table in my work shop...

Check out the McKenzie CarbonBlock. Shootable on 4 sides. Doesn't do that well with broadheads they eat it up. But for feild point I've shoot mine well over a thousand time and it still looks a performs just as well as the day i bought it(two year ago).I don't even put it up, it sit out in the elements year round. Cost $69 and I use one of the $13 targets from wal-mart for broadhead tuning/shooting.

I haven't posted in a while, too busy, but have been shooting. I recommend the yellow jacket by Morrell for broadheads, it is very well crafted for that. However they are not good for field points. They stop them well, however you have to be Arnold to pull them back out.

For field points you really cant go past the Morrell Range bag.
Here is a pic of our range at my buddies place.
Both these bags are a few years old and have been shot a lot we do change the actual bags every year.
For Broad heads I use the block but you will have to restrap it if you shoot a lot of broad heads into it.

I think you should look at 2 different targets!! you will need 1 for field points and 1 for broadheads.. there isn't a target that can do both well and stand up to abuse.....
For field points: any morrell bag target will work well to me these are the most durable bags out there!!!
for broadheads: " the cube target" , Hips hot spot, or morrell's yellow jacket will be the ticket for you
you will spend about $ 80 - $85 for both but they will last you for years

The Black Hole Sucks!!!!!! I am going to wear it out and buy the Morrell bag for FT and the Jacket for BH. I think Jamal is on when he says you can't find one to do both things.
