thanks terry for some more info, end of the month is when and i will be ordering , its time to put my old golden eagle predator away, it was a good bow but there is so much better bows on the market today with all the improvments they made its great, thanks again!!

So are you going to be buying from huntersfriend? That place looks like it has some decent deals. They will save you $15-$20 on their packages according to my research.

Ice yes iam going to buy from huntersfriend ,i might change the rest, the sights dont look to bad , one place i went to look at the grizz. and the guy told me almost 8 somthing set up and he would have to order a lefty, iam pretty glad i found out about that site. i have a friend and mybe anther guy from work intrested toin buying the same bow, but i always get stuck doing all the research on everything, not that i dont mind i know it will get done.

Just a word of advice. I bought mine as a package at Basspro and while it was a good deal, I ended up switching both the sight and rest. My rest was a quicktune 1000 (switched to a bisquit) and the sight was a Reflex 3 pin ( switched to an impact Cosmic) both of which really didn't impress me after a very short time. I would recomend buying the bare bow and then choosing the accessories you prefer.

Yea I personally wouldnt buy the package from bass pro because as you stated the accessories that they come with look like junk anyways. The packages on huntersfriend have good accessories like Trophy ridge sights, NAP Thunderhead broadheads and other ones.

yeah your right Ice, rests you got 2 choices W/b or the nap 1000 plus you got a hard case, and arrows, right know for arrows i shoot beamen 400 ics, and muzzy 3 blades

The only thing that really looks subpar to everything else is the Trufire Patriot release, otherwise everything else is good.
