Default Bowfishing Rules?

I am new to bowfishing, and I am not sure of the rules and regulations of bowfishing. Could someone please tell me where i could find them online.

Each state is differant. Many states the rules follow spearing rules. Make sure you find out the rules in your state. In MN there is no night bowfishing and all the surrounding states allow it in some form and locations. Check out you DNR fishing regulations.
