Default Spinner/Spoon Rod

I'm looking for a new spinner/spoon rod for bigger water.
Target fish is steelhead, primarily, but a spring and fall chinook will be in the game as well.
Winter/spring Sandy river and summer/fall Deschutes river are the rivers/seasons.
I've been using a Lami Cert. Pro Herzog, 10', 8-17 for a dozen year and it's staring to wear out.
I'm trying to decide if I should find a used Herzog model or go with something new.
Looking at Loomis, Imx 1165 - 2c, 9'8", 8-17.....or Imx 1264 - 2c, 10' 6", 10-17.....or Lami Gp10mhc, 10', 10-15...
or should I try to talk one of you all out of a Herzog collecting dust.
