I am from south dakota, and am looking for a good place to go bowfishing for alligator gar this year, me and my buddies dont even kno where to start looking for our trip, if anyone has any suggestions on a reaaly good location/ guide service for alligator gar bowfishing, i would really appreciate it! Are you going to be taking a boat? If you go to Abilene theres a lake just north called Fort Phantom, Ive seen them all over that lake...anywhere from small to 5 feet long or so...prob some big ones in there.
