Default Bow for bowfishing

I am new to bowfishing, having been a couple of times on charters. I would like to setup my own bow for temporary use thru this year. Can someone please tell me if I can use the Bear Brave III or Brave II youth bows? Will the AMS retriever work with these? Also, can a Genesis Compound Bow work?

Yes them bows will work fine. Even cheaper if you like is to pick up a used 40lbs or larger recurve bow with the inserts installed and have fun.
