Best Time For Stingray?

Near the Tampa, FL area--got a chance to set up a trip, need an idea of when the most and biggest should be active on the flats. Any suggestions?

Right now. If you wanna shoot big rays in shallow water come up to Crystal River with me. My cleitns are killin them like crazy. What a ride!
