Buddy this is what you do.You de scale em and fillet em,then u put them in a food proccessor or blender,to crush all the tiny floating bones , u add an egg or two , a pack of saltine crackers,salt,pepperandmake them into patties,and fry ,put on bread with mayo,it is awesome
