Yeah it does. Sounds like when we got checked for licenses one time about 2 years agowhen we were shooting fish when the season was closed. We didn't know of the law and I don't think he did either or he just didn't care. WCL

That's a good opportunity to introduce him to bowfishing, like you did.
If you were able to have a conversation with him about it, and he even ended up wanting to try it, you definitely did something right.

That's the kind of exchange that can build good relationships between bowfishermen and the DNR. The Illinois Bowfishers Officers have spent quite a bit of time talking with DNR biologists, site managers, and CPOs. It's paid off nicely so far, and it's a win/win situation when everbody knows they are on the same side.

Nice job Chuck.
Were you able to make it to Desperado's Ohio Club meeting?

The meeting was good I had 20 people show up. I'm looking at having another meeting in the near future. I didn't see Chuck there, but i believe he was going to come down for the next one.

Thumbs up!

Invite this new guy to the meeting too.
We've had CPOs, Biologists, and various other staff at our events.
It can go a long way.
