Has anyone here ever Gator hunted or is there anyone who wants to..If you have post a pic..I put it under bowfishing cause I think it is the closest thing to it, I use my Bowfishing gear..

This one come from the panhandle, but have hunted Lake Occachobee, Lake Jackson, Lake Seminole and alot of private land hunts, know they have opened alot of Public water in the panhandle counties, the lakes are on a Draw system, but the county hunts, you buy your tags at the county seat..I used a PSE Beast set on 70# with a synergy reel and 200# fast flight string. I also have a couple of Mathews Outbacks set up one with a reel and one with a float. I use Muzzy arrows with a fiberglass shafts..

This is definately on my to do list, but as Sewie's signature says (sort of), my alligator expenses overload my jaybird wallet!

Top on is 10', one by the truck is 12' 11", one in truck is 11' and this one is 10' 5"..

when I first went about 10 years ago I did a trade hunt with a guy whos family owned a bunch of property and had landowners nusience tags, I would go down there and hunt on his property and I would guide him Deer hunting, did that for a few years, now I just hunt with friends on Public water hunts..I like them better, more territory to roam around in..It is a blast and I Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a total adreniline rush and some good eaten, make a nice mount and skins..
