Sorry to hi-jack your thread Al.

Getting back on-topic, you can use any bow for fishing, but don't make it one you're going to give a second thought about dropping, scratching, or gettingfull ofslime and blood. It's a tool to help you hit the fish. After that, it's just in the way and will occassionally be treated as such.

Regardingmisses,we have to just be able to laugh about them. End of story. It's not a precision kind of thing very often. There are just too many variables for it to be an exact science. Even though there are some very talented and practiced shooters out there, many times the winners of a competition are able to haul in the most fish simply because they had the best luck finding the fish and then did a decent job of hitting a good chunk of them.

It's all about having fun, getting out with friends, and making life a wee bit easier on the 'pretty fish'. :D
