I've been buying and using various edged weapons for decades, and as many of you will find, much of what's available is either over priced or lower quality, well I saw this advertised and it intrigued me so I ordered one, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality vs the price I think this is a damn good value!
its certainly not the very best quality, but it's well made razor sharp and looks and feels nice!
it impressed me enough that I bought a second one to give out at xmass!
I purchased one and was really impressed with the knife ,
Its razor sharp, well balanced, full tang, great feel ,and looks impressive,
, the sheath is a bit tight but I strongly suspect that changes with proper use,
a good spray of the sheaths interior with regular WD40 should make the leather,
a bit more rust preventative and more flexible. I think it's a very good value,
DAMASCUS blades require maintenance, they can hold an amazingly sharp edge but are prone to rust if abused.
always clean and dry a DAMASCUS blade and spray it with a good rust preventative grease like LPS#3
never store a DAMASCUS blade, long term, in a leather sheath ,as leather absorbs moisture
ideally you liberally coat the blade with grease and wrap it with plastic wrap,
or place it after spray coating in a air tight plastic (tupperware ) box
