Default Beginner Knife-Making Kit?

Hey all... I'd like to buy a kit to "make" my own little fixed blade hunting knife. I've seen people recommend the kits where you basically just "finish the job" by finishing/attaching the scales for the handle, sharpening, etc.

Can someone recommend a decent quality kit that won't break the bank, is semi-easy to understand and can be finished with standard hand tools? I have power tools, but looking for something that is fairly easy to assemble.

Thanks.

Try this site; I buy my 1095 Steel from them. I wish they sold 52100, that's my favorite steel for knives.
