Who's not done ML hunting for this year?

I have one more season to go!
Late season doe only season in Iowa. Jan 11th-23rd.
I will only be able to hunt the 15th-17th.
I only filled one of my 2 tags in the early season back in Oct so I am really looking forward to the late season.
Going to get to try out my new rifle. I've used the same rifle since 1988 so a new gun is a good thing for me.
Just wondering if any of you still have hunting to do this season?

Unfortunately in Arizona we have to put in a lottery for drawing tags for each species. I was fortunate enough to be drawn for antlerless muzzleloader elk. I managed to fill that tag and that completes my hunting for this year (didn't get drawn for anything else). I really envy those that can just go hunt what they want or get a tag by just buying it over the counter. We never know if we will be able to hunt anything until the drawings are completed and the results posted. We really got taken by the federal government recently as they made a ruling that we cannot give preference to residents for the drawing and must make non-residents equal in chance for the drawings.

I'm going late flintlock for the first time ever. It starts the day after Christmas and runs till the middle of January in PA. You can take any deer but a buck only if you didn't already take one that year. If you took a buck then you need a doe tag and can only hunt does. I hope to get a couple days of good hunting in before hanging it up for the year. Flintlock is something I always wanted to do. I am excited because all my other hunting this year was a bust. I missed out on our trip to camp this year. My boy got sick opening morning and I had to stay at camp and nurse him for two days. I guess it is my own fault cause I missed a nice 10 point in archery.

I'll be in the woods here in Lower Michigan this weekend for the end of he ML season and depending on success, I may hunt the late doe season Dec 20-Jan 02.
I'd like to bag at least one more.
Iv'e got two thus far, one already in the freezer (doe) and an 8-point that I shot last weekend and has been hanging out in the garage.
I am going to butcher and vacume pack the 8-point tonight.
Vension is a regular staple in my family's diet (when I am fortunate with bagged game) and I do all my own processing to ensure quality.

Here in northern Idaho we are done - dang it, so it is back to testing and punching hole in paper at the local rock pit - Trapshooting, and waiting for April to get here for spring turkey season...
